As creative director, Douglas helped developed the theme and over all concept of the show, combining Tommy’s talents as an illusionist and his ability to play a multitude of instruments. Douglas also created new themes for classic illusions to give them a twist, while incorporating a musical element. He created numerous routines and the staging of various illusions as well as worked with the dancers on choreography and blocking. Working closely with the graphic designer, Douglas helped create the final look of the initial advertising campaign and helped create the final look of some of the key merchandising pieces.
