Masters Of Illusion
Last week I traveled to Hollywood, CA to film multiple segments for the hit series on The CW, Masters of Illusion. I got to perform my signature card manipulation act, my paper balls over the head routine, as well as, be a part of a couple of spots during Murray: Celebrity Magician’s comedy magic routines. This series features some of the world’s top magicians performing their best illusions in front of a live audience.
Masters of Illusion was a magic show broadcast on PAX TV from 2000 to 2001. I was on this original series performing under my act name at the time, The Gamesters. The series has been revived by The CW, with new episodes in 2014, and The CW has just ordered a second batch of episodes to air in 2015.
Douglas has worked on many shows up and down the Las Vegas strip. He has worn many different hats, from being a creative director, lighting designer, set designer, and production / technical director having worked with Wayne Newton, Frank Marino, Human Nature, and Recycled Percussion to name a few.
