Toys for Tots
This year, I was lucky enough to be part of an amazing show, the 4th Annual Celebrity Benefit show at the LVH.
I joined a who’s who of Vegas stars like Chris Philips, Gordie Brown, Pia Zadora, Frankie Moreno, Paul Shortino, Louie Anderson, Lorena Peril, Murray Sawchuck, Trent Carlini, to name a few. It was an honor to perform with these Vegas stars, but most importantly, to donate my time and talent to raise money and awareness for the Toys for Tots Program. The show was in the LVH showroom, formerly the Las Vega Hilton showroom, where entertainment legends such as Liza Minnelli, Barry Manilow and Elvis Presley have all graced the same stage.

The mission of the Toys for Tots Program is to collect new, unwrapped toys during October, November and December each year, and distribute those toys as Christmas gifts to less fortunate children in the community in which the campaign is conducted. Local Toys for Tots Campaign Coordinators conduct an array of activities throughout the year, which include golf tournaments, foot races, bicycle races and other voluntary events designed to increase interest in Toys for Tots, and concurrently generate toys and monetary donations.
Douglas has worked on many shows up and down the Las Vegas strip. He has worn many different hats, from being a creative director, lighting designer, set designer, and production / technical director having worked with Wayne Newton, Frank Marino, Human Nature, and Recycled Percussion to name a few.
